Quantum physics

Quantum physics is the scientific study of sub-atomic reality. This science deals with the concept that all energy comes in discrete bundles, as opposed to a continuum, and these bundles consist of waves. These bundles are referred to as quanta meaning "how much?" It's direct effects can be observed in the functioning of lasers, atomic clocks and television sets.
